The Pampa Economic Development Corporation is pleased to announce that Pampa Energy Center, LLC has entered into a pipeline sale agreement with an affiliate of Enbridge Energy Partners, LP. for four million dollars. In addition, Pampa Energy Center, LLC has entered into a forty year lease agreement with an affiliate of Enbridge Energy Partners, LP. for a total of 1.3 million dollars. The lease includes a 116 acre liquids terminal facility consisting of a portion of the existing rail, loading racks, north warehouse building, safety and security building, and storage tanks.

Pampa Economic Development Corporation purchased the membership interest in Pampa Energy Center LLC from Babcock & Brown Infrastructure Group US LLC in May 2011.
